Sacred Sequence Vinyāsa
Sacred Sequence is a somatic practice that guides you into a deeper conversation with your body. It blends the structural precision of Iyengar and Ashtanga with a lifetime of dance and intuitive movement. We teach the 'why' behind every choice — in sequencing, in cueing, in how you show up for your students. When you train with us, you don't just learn a practice. You discover your voice as a teacher.

Ann is a lifelong ballerina, dancer, and bodyworker. She has taught full-time for over a decade across four continents, holds two Master's degrees, and speaks six languages. Her yoga training includes 1500+ formal hours plus ongoing study with Petri Raisänen, Usha Devi, and Shashikala Govinda. She brings embodied science, classical philosophy, and genuine respect, passion & integrity to every training.
Joke Van Den Plas (CYT-200)
Anatomy, Movement & Breathwork
Physiotherapist, kinesiologist, and intuitive energy healer. Her applied anatomy sessions make the body's wisdom alive and accessible. She works with ETT, Reiki, and spinal energetics to guide students from the mind into the body.
Scarlet Barreto (CYT-200)
HMI-certified hypnotherapist
Scarlet’s half‑Nicaraguan roots and upbringing in Nicaragua shaped her connection to the body, nature, and embodied presence. She has taught at local resorts in San Juan del Sur, guiding travelers through grounding, breath‑led practices that reveal how our relationship to the breath mirrors our relationship to life. Her intuitive, calming, nervous‑system‑aware style offers students a space to reconnect with themselves through awareness, rhythm, and compassion.
